Private-label runs begin at 5 kg per SKU. Below that, open-stock bulk starts at 1 kg without custom branding.
Lead time is 3 to 6 weeks depending on packaging complexity. Custom glass and printed tins sit at the longer end; relabelled pouches at the shorter.
A good private-label brief tells us five things:
- Grade — or the crocin/safranal target if you are specifying to a formula
- Fill weight and format — jar, tin, or pouch, and grams per unit
- Volume — units per run, and whether this is one-off or a standing order
- Artwork — print-ready, or a request for us to work to a spec
- Deadline — your launch date, so we can work backward from it
